The 2012 Wisconsin Off Road Series turned some of the biggest venues and crowds to date.

The Chequamegon Fat Tire Festival is held every September in the north woods of Wisconsin. Saturdays’ events include a 40 mile epic point to point from Hayward, WI to Telemark Resort near Cable, WI as well as a shorter 16 mile race.
The weekend began on a dry note, as the course was extremely dry on Saturday for pre-riding. The venue was Cam-Rock Park, a park between neighboring towns Cambridge and Rockdale.
Characterized by tight technical single track and loose sandy clay, the course was already difficult.
Blistering climbs and screaming descents made for a challenging, but super fun race course on Sunday, July 24.

MAY 1, 2011 IOLA – The 2011 Wisconsin Off Road Series mountain bike season began with a chilly 40 degree windy day and hour east of Wausau. KS Energy Services/Team Wisconsin had riders representing across all categories including sport, comp and elite.
2010 proved to be a podium filled year for the Team Wisconsin mountain bike crew. Credit to the Wisconsin Off Road Series (WORS) for putting on another phenomenal race season. Heading into it’s 20th year WORS is saying goodbye Sunburst, hello Camrock as racers voted to keep the newly added Rhinelander and Bearpaw races and illiminate the long time lung buster Sunburst race. New for 2011 is the Battle of Camrock to be held just outside of Madison at Camrock Park in Rockdale.
With the road season coming to a close, the team’s presence on the mountain bike has gown. WORS #9: Suamico brought back the Marathon format to WORS and had a very big turnout.
