I spend my off-season doing: Weight training, practicing yoga, watching movies on the trainer
My goals and expectations for 2012 are: Top 20 overall in WORS COMP class. Help the cat 2-3 guys win TOAD again

I consider my finest moment on the bike to be: Helping Sarge win the first TOAD race in Manitowoc.
The one thing I’ve done on a bike that I will never do again: I hope I don’t go out for a ride and wake up in a CT machine again!
When I’m not on my bike, I like to: Relax with my wife Heidi, and our friends and families. Pretend I’m Mike Holmes, and remodel our house.
Something you probably don’t know about me is: Before going to University, I was a full time Indycar mechanic. My team won an Indycar world championship in 2003. I have changed a car tire in 3.2 seconds.
