In My Own Words
I spend my off-season doing: threatening to race more “next year.”
My goals and expectations for 2012 are: Get back into race form and contribute to TW.
I started racing because: Tried Chequamegon Fat Tire Festival in 2000. Hooked ever since.
My cycling mentors and/or influences are: No mentors. I ride for myself and my team.
I consider my finest moment on the bike to be: Sprint finish for 1st ever win at Circuit of Sauk RR – 2006.
The one thing I’ve done on a bike that I will never do again: About age 10, tried to make a downhill turn on my Mongoose with no hands, no feet on pedals, and no helmet. Ended up at Elmbrook hospital.
When I’m not on my bike, I like to: hang out with the fam: Run; and work…yes, I like my job.
Something you probably don’t know about me is: I have nothing to hide.
