In My Own Words
I spend my off-season doing: Running, lifting weights, drills
My goals and expectations for 2012 are: Some top 10s on the road, move up a category in Cross.
I started racing because: Knee surgeon told me running 50+ mile weeks was no longer an option.
My cycling mentors and/or influences are: Buddy from college.
I consider my finest moment on the bike to be: Two third places in back-to-back Cross races in the mud and snow.
The one thing I’ve done on a bike that I will never do again: Carry an open case of beer after mountain biking for several hours.
When I’m not on my bike, I like to: Eat, drink, read, cook, listen to music, hang with my family
Something you probably don’t know about me is: I’m way too old to still be in college
