WAUSAU, WI — Home of the infamous 9-Mile Forest recreation area, perfect weather conditions made for a fun day of racing for WORS race #3.

This year’s Comp/Elite course was a shorter 6.5-mile loop filled with technical single track and leg crushing climbs. The course, in perfect shape allowed for maximum tire grip through the tight rocky single track and screaming speeds of 30+mph on the rolling gravel trail.

KS/TW proved to be a dominating force once again taking the podium in both Comp and Elite categories, age group and overall.

A few scrapes and bruises, as to be expected with fat tire racing, but overall a fantastic venue with one of the largest turnouts to date.
